What is an ATS?
An ATS, or applicant tracking system, is computer software that helps hiring managers and recruiters keep track of job applications. Today, virtually all Fortune 500 companies are using some sort of ATS tool.
An ATS can parse information from your resume to make it easier to compare you to the other applicants. Some systems will rank candidates based on required experience, skills, or education using automated processes to pull this information from your resume.
The problem is these systems are imperfect. For example, they can’t read information that is included in a header or footer of your resume. If your resume is not properly prepared for an ATS, you can be overlooked for jobs you are fully qualified for.

This guarantee means that you will earn at least twice as many interview requests within 60 days of receiving your completed ZipJob resume, or we will rewrite your resume for free.
